My work pretty much means sitting in front of a computer all day. While I don't have any noticeable consequences of it yet, I'm aware that it's not great for me. Especially here in Thailand, where I go everywhere by scooter.

That's why I love Yoga. Yes, I know, it's supposedly mostly for females. But I don't care. As long as it's good for me (which it is), I'm all for it.

Fortunately, here on Ko Lanta we have a wonderful yoga instructor Hazel, who makes classes weekly on Fridays. I joined in three times already, today being the third time. It was beautiful. We were directly by a lake, while the sun was setting in the ocean:

After practicing yoga, I always feel great afterward. I feel much more flexible, compared to the stiff body that I have before practicing it.

What I want to say with this post: If you sit around all day, please consider trying yoga. At least one class, to see if it's for you or not. It might feel weird at first, but trust me, your body will thank you.

What I also thought about is that I want to be proactive when it comes to my body aging. That also means doing more exercise in general. I might be only 24 now, but I am aware of the unfortunate fact that it's most likely only downhill from now on.

Unless I do something about it...

This was Day 5 of the 14-day blogging challenge.
